Company collateral is like a silent 'ambassador'. If a business representative isn't there in person, it's the brochures, websites and other collateral that do the talking.
Businesses should therefore ask themselves if their marketing tools are good diplomats.
Well-written business collateral can greatly improve customer perceptions, brand image and sales. A good writer can enliven any piece, adding much-needed sparkle and unearthing hidden gems in the process. (And if customers are turned on by a brochure, imagine their reactions to the real thing...).
